Due to the nature of digital products:

• All digital product sales are final

• No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are available once the products has been downloaded or accessed

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Affirmation decks

• Templates

• Digital Guides

• Online Courses

  Expections:

If you experience:

• A corrupted or faulty file

Please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will happily assist or provide a replacement where appropriate.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

We take care in packaging and dispatching physical items.

Refunds or replacements are assessed on a case-by-case basis once the item has been reviewed.

Refunds or replacements may be offered if:

• The item arrives damaged

• The item is faulty

• The wrong item was sent

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the issue.

NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

MARKETING & CREATIVE SUPPORT SERVICES

• Change-of-mind cancellations are not eligible for a refund once work has commenced

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Refunds are not provided for completed or partially completed services

If a project is cancelled by the client after commencement, the client remains responsible for payment for work completed up to that point.

If Soulful Horizon Studio is unable to continue a service due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

• All energy healing sessions are offered by Keryn Rose. By booking a session, you agree to her Terms & Conditions regarding bookings, cancellations, refunds, and session delivery. Please review her Terms & Conditions before booking.
